It has been a very interesting week. I have learned a few new things (which is always good). There have been a few stressful moments (that’s life). But, I also had the opportunity to share a few branding and marketing ideas with some nonprofit leaders this week (that was a lot of fun).
It was great sharing this knowledge. Now, I want to pass on a few tips to you. As the great Dr. Maya Angelou once wrote, “When you learn, teach. When you get, give.” Know that your brand is your promise to your customer and make sure it is unique. If you have a good story to tell about your company or product, don’t be afraid to share it. Be knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Know how and where to tell your story.
A good friend/mentor always tells me to remember this quote: “It’s more important to reach the people who count than to count the people you reach.” I am sharing this advice with you. Have a plan when it comes to sharing your brand or story. Always be camera ready! You never know when the media will want to share the power of your brand with the community. If you need help sharing the power of your brand, Angela Spears Communication is here to help.
