As your business grows, it’s important to always remember what you know! Please don’t forget the skills that got you where you are. Remember those people who helped you reach that level. Then, be sure to grow your circle and increase your knowledge.

Diverse thoughts will help you think outside of the box. Those diverse thoughts will also help you attract a variety of people to your product or service. That is why it is critical to have a staff that consists of people of all ages, backgrounds, races and religions. If your staff only consists of one person, that’s okay. Surround yourself with different people who have unique and diverse thoughts.

I know I am probably preaching to the choir in this blog. I just believe we have to be open and be willing to embrace what really makes us wonderful. We must never forget, “Diversity is the one true thing we all have in common. Celebrate it every day.” So, let’s accept and surround ourselves with smart, talented people from here and abroad.
